Ambarella and lime Juice:

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Serving size: 1
Ingredients:
- 1 ambarella fruit
- 1 teaspoon lime juice (one lime)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 glass water
Method: Peel the ambarella fruits and cut into small pieces leaving out the seeds. Use lime juice, salt, and sugar according to your taste. If the ambarella fruit is very sour, omit the lime juice. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, and strain (if you want to). Chill (don't need to) after straining, and serve as soon as possible. This can be a very refreshing drink on a hot day or if you are physically tired.
