Many people think about anger as a feeling that occurs in response to things that happen to us. To understand anger you have to look at more than feelings, look at somethings like physical and emotional abuse (Childhood abuse). When dealing with anger, you have to look at honest, trust and acceptance. It's what you do in response to your anger that matters most!
Trust is having faith in people and believing that they want the best for you! Trust is having faith that someone who isn't perfect has some good intentions towards you.
Being angry is not bad at all but how you respond is bad. A person can learn a lot about themselves by looking at their anger, therefore, anger can be useful!
From the past few months, I have learned that happy means being free. Free to do whatever you want, whenever you want and not letting someone get the best of you (not letting a situation brings you down.) Being happy means being able to move on and not be stuck where you don't belong 🥰🥳!
Being happy means being yourself, the best you can be. I know I stop talking to a lot of people but being happy means starting over! I was mad at everyone else but my own actions 😢 I was angry at the world! I wasn't happy 😊 Being happy means having positive energy around you (the energy you can entertain). It's hard to start over but being happy could lead to a healthy lifestyle♥️ I want to be happy, I am going to be happy as I will be happy!
