Teenage pregnancy can affect education in a huge way because after you give birth, your priorities change. The time needed to dedicate toward personal healthcare and childcare after the baby is born makes it hard to dedicate enough time to your studies. You would miss a lot of schools, you will have a lot of problems doing schoolwork or studying because you will be busy taking care of your baby and making sure your baby is healthy.
Being pregnant can affect education, and lead to you dropping out of high school. Doing your homework while taking care of a baby isn’t easy. They don't stay put and want your attention. Being a parent limits the ability to continue your studies, therefore cutting the chance of you getting a well-paid job which would've to enable you to support your family and improve your finances. Teens with baby/babies often don't go back to school after pregnancy, therefore, they have fewer options for good jobs. They don’t go back to school because they don’t make enough money to support the baby or themselves and daycare is too expensive.
